Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process or Industrial Engineering is required or strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated application of structured problem solving and root cause analysis to real operational losses.
• Experience with alumina refining, metals processing, mining or chemical manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the refinery operating system in assigned departments and establish routine governance.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving on losses using structured methods and quantify benefits.
