Job summary

Atalco Gramercy seeks a Business System Engineer for the Gramercy refinery to deploy and sustain the operating system across departments, working hands-on with engineers, operators and managers. You will lead cross-functional improvements, translate site objectives into department targets, run audits, and coach leaders in problem solving and standard work.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and experience with MOC/PSM; travel to the site and occasional vendor interaction may be

Qualifications

• Structured problem solving and root cause analysis applied to operational losses.
• Ability to prepare and deliver training and facilitate group sessions with mixed audiences.
• Knowledge of MOC and PSM requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and site operational reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and sustain refinery operating system in assigned departments.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving using structured methods.
• Install management routines, visual management and standard work.
• Translate site objectives into department targets and activities.
• Coach supervisors and frontline leaders in system disciplines at the point of work.
• Perform audits of the operating system and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare concise workshop outputs and governance-ready summaries.
