Job summary

Seaboard Energy is hiring a Maintenance Manager to oversee installation, repair, and upkeep of plant equipment at refinery facilities. The role includes developing maintenance goals, monitoring reliability, inspecting equipment, and supervising staff within a rigorous safety framework.

The position reports to the Plant Manager and collaborates with management to implement SOPs, QMS, API, OSHA, and PSM guidelines while coordinating contractor activities and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, analyzing, and interpreting English-language correspondence, reports, journals, technical procedures, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce safety procedures for safe operation of equipment and handling of chemicals.
• Oversee day-to-day plant maintenance, identify problems, and develop, implement corrective and preventative measures.
• Ensure personnel follow safe LOTO, permitting, repair operations, and return-to-service procedures.
• Follow the maintenance schedule, troubleshoot repair issues, provide solutions and daily reports to management.
• Monitor and perform prescribed checks of all operating equipment to ensure proper operation.
