Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years in refining, petrochemical, or related industry with leadership in reliability/MI.
• Demonstrated supervisory and people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of refinery processes, asset reliability, risk management, and process safety requirements.
• Experience supporting capital projects, turnarounds, investigations, and reliability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for fixed equipment, rotating equipment, materials engineering, and site reliability programs.
• Develop and implement reliability strategies aligned with refinery business objectives.
• Provide technical oversight for fixed/rotating equipment, materials engineering, and mechanical integrity programs.
• Lead capital projects, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities with reliability focus.
• Drive safety, environmental stewardship, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle optimization.
