Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking an E&I Technician for the Sinclair, WY area to install, maintain and troubleshoot refinery electrical and instrumentation systems. The role involves preventive maintenance, calibration, and documentation in a challenging refinery environment.

Preferred candidates have experience in oil/refinery settings, an industrial electrician background, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with electrical or instrumentation in refinery/chemical plant/utility preferred.
• Industrial electrician apprenticeship or certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, calibrate and repair refinery electrical equipment.
• Test and maintain electrical safety systems.
• Troubleshoot process instrumentation and control valves.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs.
• Maintain repair documentation and use Maximo.
