Job summary

Global Partners is seeking a Manager of Product Blending to oversee and optimize blending programs across its terminal network in the United States. This role provides technical leadership to ensure blending processes are safe, reliable, and aligned with customer requirements and regulatory standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage refined product blending programs across the terminal network.
• Establish standardized blending processes and operating practices.
• Support blending systems and equipment design, modification, and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize blending economics and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and training to terminal personnel.
• Establish performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ASTM, API, regulatory, and company requirements.
