Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Manager, Product Blending to oversee refining blending programs across the terminal network. You will provide technical and operational leadership to develop, implement, optimize, and standardize blending processes that support product quality, regulatory compliance, and value creation.

Collaborating with Operations, Supply & Trading, Commercial, Product Quality, Engineering, IT/Data Systems, and EHS, you will ensure blending programs are designed and operated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience in refinery blending or process engineering is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of ASTM/API/regulatory standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage refined product blending programs across the terminal network.
• Establish standardized blending processes, procedures, and operating practices.
• Evaluate blending opportunities to improve product value, flexibility, capacity, and efficiency.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Supply & Trading, Commercial, Quality, Engineering, IT/Data Systems, and EHS.

Education
