Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Manager of Blending Programs to lead refinery product blending across a network of terminals. You will develop and implement blending strategies, standardize processes, and optimize blend economics while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and quality across operations.

Collaborating with Engineering, IT, EHS, Supply & Trading, and Commercial teams, you will drive continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and training to ensure consistent blending

Qualifications

• Experience leading blending programs in petrochemical/terminal environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement standardized procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage refined product blending programs across the terminal network.
• Establish standardized blending processes, procedures, and operating practices.
• Provide technical leadership and support to terminal teams for blending activities.
