Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Manager, Product Blending to lead refined product blending programs across the terminal network in Dallas, Texas. You will provide technical and operational leadership to develop, implement, and optimize blending processes that meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply & Trading, Commercial, Product Quality, Engineering, IT, EHS, and other teams, plus a focus on standardization,

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of refined petroleum products and terminal operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of petroleum product blending principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ASTM, API, regulatory and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage blending programs across terminals.
• Establish standardized blending processes and operating practices.
• Evaluate blending opportunities to improve value, capacity and efficiency.
• Develop blending strategies based on specs, supply, and economics.
• Support blending program implementations for various products.
• Establish controls for components, recipes, inventories and specs.
• Identify opportunities to expand blending capabilities across terminals.
• Provide technical and operational support to terminal teams.
• Troubleshoot blending system, equipment, process and product quality issues.
• Work with Engineering on design and startup of systems and equipment.
• Review terminal capabilities and identify required infrastructure.
• Support commissioning and startup of new systems and modifications.
• Establish operating parameters for reliable blending performance.
