Responsibilities

• Manage the full referral lifecycle and documentation.
• Prioritize referrals by urgency and guidelines.
• Communicate referral status and appointment details to patients and physicians.
• Track referrals and ensure timely notes and closure.
• Distribute PHIL sheets and related information to providers.
• Provide regular updates on open referrals and wait times.
• Support patient and specialist inquiries and offer frontline assistance.
