Job summary

Indiana Donor Network seeks a Referral Response Coordinator to respond to potential organ donation referrals, gather relevant data, and support the initiation of donation cases. The role requires collaboration with clinical teams and external partners to ensure timely evaluation and processing.

Experience in a clinical setting or donation environment is preferred, with a Bachelor's in a clinical field and BLS certification within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical area preferred.
• Experience in a critical care or donation environment preferred.
• BLS certification required within 6 months or already held.

Responsibilities

• Respond to referrals from hospitals to collect data on donor suitability.
• Facilitate donor management orders and collaborate with partners to initiate donation processes.
• Participate in projects to improve organizational success and culture.
