Responsabilités

• Coordinate operations and processes for referrals.
• Obtain pre-certifications and schedule referral appointments.
• Collaborate with practices to schedule tests and imaging timely.
• Provide appointment information to patients by phone or letter.
• Maintain Excel Referral Log and related records.
• Fax and scan documents to and from non-EHR practices.
