Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required or 2 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Virginia MLTSS (UAI) Certification required upon orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates care related to screening, diagnostic, and therapeutic services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Serves as a resource for patients, providers, staff, and external partners while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ensures referral requests are scheduled timely in accordance with procedures.
