AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Referrals Coordinator to enter referral requests accurately and on time, and to manage follow-up on specialty referrals as an integral part of the care team.

The role requires a high school diploma with 4 years of experience, and a Medical Assistant certificate is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus for effective patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely data entry of referral requests into the appropriate portal.

• Act as liaison between patient, provider, and Medical Management to ensure timely access to specialty care.
