What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Receive and respond to all referral inquiries, providing appropriate information to potential patients, their families, and referral sources
• Assess and provide clinical judgment for clients/referrals to the appropriate level of care, maintaining knowledge of admission criteria and treatment services
• Manage each referral packet and secure a disposition from the facility within one working day of receipt, communicating acceptance or denial to relevant individuals
• Facilitate weekly conference calls with regional facilities to review referral status and guide intake staff on next steps based on referral trends
• Maintain the referral database, tracking cases from receipt to admission and generating reports for facility intake staff and the regional business development team
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral or mental health field required; Master’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of accessing clients for appropriate levels of care
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must reside in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, or Arizona
