What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Receive and respond to all referral inquiries, providing appropriate information to potential patients, their families, and referral sources
- Assess and provide clinical judgment for clients/referrals to the appropriate level of care, maintaining knowledge of admission criteria and treatment services
- Manage each referral packet and secure a disposition from the facility within one working day of receipt, communicating acceptance or denial to relevant individuals
- Facilitate weekly conference calls with regional facilities to review referral status and guide intake staff on next steps based on referral trends
- Maintain the referral database, tracking cases from receipt to admission and generating reports for facility intake staff and the regional business development team
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral or mental health field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of accessing clients for appropriate levels of care
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must reside in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, or Arizona

- Familiarity with clinical programming for youth with diverse needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
