What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and respond to all referral inquiries, providing information to potential patients and their families
- Assess referrals and provide clinical judgment to determine appropriate levels of care
- Manage referral packets and communicate acceptance or denial to relevant individuals
- Facilitate weekly conference calls to review referral status and guide facility intake staff
- Maintain and update the referral database, generating reports for the intake staff and business development team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral or mental health field
- Knowledge of assessing clients for appropriate levels of care
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must reside in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, or Arizona
- Ability to work collaboratively with facility intake staff and regional teams

- Master’s degree in a behavioral or mental health field
- Experience in the behavioral health or treatment services industry
