What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and respond to all referral inquiries, providing appropriate information to potential patients, their families, and referral sources
- Assess and provide clinical judgment for clients/referrals to the appropriate level of care
- Manage referral packets and secure dispositions from facilities within one working day of receipt
- Facilitate weekly conference calls with regional facilities to review referral status and guide intake staff on next steps
- Maintain and update the referral database, generating reports for the facility intake staff and regional business development team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral or mental health field required; Master's preferred
- Knowledge of accessing clients for appropriate levels of care
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must reside in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, or Arizona
- Strong communication and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in behavioral health or mental health services
- Familiarity with referral processes and clinical programming
- Prior experience in a similar role within healthcare settings
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to behavioral health services
