Job summary

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 0–6 months of work experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and processes signed physician orders/referrals to ensure accurate clinical documentation for care delivery.
• Verifies insurance eligibility/benefit online and obtains pre-certifications/authorizations.
• Coordinates referrals for specialty and outpatient services and communicates status to patients, providers and guarantors.
