Responsibilities

• Schedule referrals, including referral authorizations and appointment coordination.
• Maintain medical records for scheduling, registration, and reporting functions.
• Enter and verify insurance, demographic, and eligibility information.
• Provide high levels of customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
