Job summary

Swapp Law Pllc in Utah seeks a Referral Coordinator to develop and manage a referral network, serving as the main liaison between clients, referral partners, and internal teams. You will coordinate outreach, communications, and partner relationships to support business growth.

You will connect clients with suitable firms, schedule meetings, generate referral contracts, and help track co-counsel fees while performing data entry for new referrals.

Responsibilities

• Connect clients with firms outside of our expertise and manage the referral network.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound referrals and coordinate communication between clients, partners and internal teams.
• Schedule initial meetings with referral partners and generate referral contracts following company standards.
• Assist Case Managers with distributing and tracking co-counsel fees and perform data entry for new referrals.
• Identify growth opportunities and build partnerships with local firms to fill referral gaps and support business growth.
• Assist signup team with inbound calls and maintain positive relationships with external partners.

The Referral Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the firm's referral network to support business growth and effective collaboration with referral partners. This role serves as the primary point of contact for outbound and inbound referrals, assisting in communication between internal teams, referral partners, and clients.
