Methodist Medical Group in North Texas is seeking a Referral Coordinator to support clinics, manage referrals, and develop coordination strategies.

You will serve as a liaison between referral departments and MMG practices, handling incoming calls, scheduling, and follow-up to ensure seamless care. Applicants should have high school diploma, 5+ years clinical setting experience, preferred bilingual English/Spanish and Medical Assistant certification.

Qualifications

High School Graduation or GED.
Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent preferred.
5+ years of professional medical experience in a practice setting preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Strong EMR/HER and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsabilités

Serve as a liaison between the referral departments, MMG clinical practices, and associated medical neighborhood.
Handle incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-up calls related to coordination of care.
Support MMG clinics and referral department management and ongoing referral network development strategies.
Coordinate care through MMG clinics to ensure smooth patient referrals.

Job Summary: The Referral Coordinator will provide support to all Methodist Medical Group (MMG) clinics, referral department management, staff and ongoing referral network development strategies. The Referral Coordinator will serve as a reserve point of contact into the Methodist Medical Group clinics as it relates to incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and follow up calls related to coordination of care.

Job Requirements:

Education:

High School Graduation or GED
Associate's Degree or higher, preferred

Licenses and/or Certifications:
