Position Summary
Our busy Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine practice is seeking a motivated, self-directed individual to manage duties related to appointment scheduling, referrals, and prior authorizations.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am to 5 pm. Training hours may vary between 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. 90 days of in-office training required, with a potential hybrid schedule after training.

The work environment may include office and clinical settings. Requires normal vision and hearing, ability to sit for long periods, stand, walk, bend, and stretch. Use of telephone and computer is necessary. Manual dexterity for keyboard use. Occasionally lift items up to 40 pounds. May involve stressful conditions or irregular hours.
