As a Rapid Referral Coordinator, you will process referral intakes for Workers Compensation Case Managers and Adjustors, as well as Commercial Accounts.

*This is a full-time, remote position.

What You’ll Need
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
What You’ll Do
  • Answer phone calls promptly and provide excellent customer service
  • Enter referral and patient demographics accurately in the intake system (CPAS II)
  • Schedule referrals at the nearest CORA clinic based on services, mileage, and patient preferences
  • Call patients to set up initial evaluations
  • Send appointment confirmation including mileage, time, facility, date, address, and phone number
  • Obtain re-authorization after initial authorized visits
  • Send clinics the intake sheet and script
  • Communicate with the referral source regarding patient no-shows, cancellations, or reschedules
  • Maintain tracking and communication logs
  • Complete chart audits
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential referral sources
