Qualifications

• High School Graduation or GED required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of professional medical experience in a practice setting preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong EMR/HER and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals between MMG clinics and the referral department.
• Serve as liaison between MMG clinical practices and the medical neighborhood.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and timely follow-up calls for care coordination.
• Provide front-line support via incoming calls related to referrals and coordination of care.
