• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Bilingual English/Khmer is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage patient referrals to specialists with timely coordination.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain prior authorizations.
• Communicate with patients, physicians, and external providers to facilitate workflows.
