Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit all records and insurance pre-authorizations on time.
• Follow healthcare laws and HIPAA guidelines strictly.
• Answer patient questions and schedule appointments.
• Use eCW database to log all referral data.
• Monitor referrals to ensure patients attend appointments.
