This role supports timely access to physician visits, imaging, therapy and surgical services, aligning with department policies.

You will verify eligibility, manage prior authorization requirements, document status in the systems and escalate financial clearance issues to the supervisor as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain authorizations and referrals for physician, imaging, rehabilitation, infusion therapy, radiation oncology and surgery appointments.
• Verify eligibility/benefits and prior authorization requirements; document status in the relevant systems.
• Escalate financial clearance issues to supervisor as needed.
