• Obtain authorizations and referrals for physician and facility services (physician imaging, rehabilitation, infusion therapy, radiation oncology and surgery) for patients and providers.
• Verify eligibility/benefits, manage prior authorizations, and document status in the relevant systems.
• Escalate financial clearance issues to the supervisor to ensure timely processing.
