Summit Healthcare Mgmt in Franklin, TN is seeking a Referral Admissions Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service for clients and families. You will field inbound calls from referral sources and guide each inquiry through our admissions process, acting as the single point of contact for patient-centered communication and scheduling.

The role requires attention to documentation, ability to discuss insurance and payment plans, and willingness to work with the RAC team to meet monthly

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in transactional/relationship sales preferred.
• Experience in substance use disorder or psychiatric treatment field highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handles client caseload and admission-related activities with the RAC team.
• Follows up daily and maintains clear communication and documentation with involved parties.
• Discusses insurance and out-of-pocket costs and determines client financial obligations for treatment.
• Decides admission timelines, interventionists, and facility to recommend based on gathered information.
• Serves as the single point of contact for referral sources for patient-centered communication.
