Responsibilities

• Perform data quality/quality assurance over EDM reference data to ensure accuracy and validity.
• Support reactive and proactive control frameworks and manage resolutions of findings.
• Liaise with global operational teams to ensure a consistent data model.
• Act as escalation point for issues and complex processing.
• Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project work.
• Contribute to Monthly Control Assessment (MCA) testing and CAP milestones.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with laws and Citi policies.
