• Support reactive and proactive control frameworks and resolve findings timely.
• Liaise with global teams to maintain a consistent data model.
• Serve as escalation point for issues and complex processing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project work.
• Assist with MCA testing, CAP milestones, and audit-related requests.
