Job summary

Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana is seeking a Reentry Support Specialist Lead to join its expanding team. This role focuses on staff training, scheduling, and ensuring quality residential services for participants.

You will work closely with management to address residential staff needs and enhance program outcomes. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate’s degree preferred; First Aid & CPR are required and can be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s Degree in social science is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of direct residential experience preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certification is required and must be maintained; VOAOHIN will provide certification if not obtained.
