Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana is seeking a Reentry Support Specialist Lead to guide residential staff and oversee training, scheduling, and performance.

Based in Dayton, this full-time role partners with management to strengthen programs that help residents rebuild their lives, with comprehensive benefits including PTO and a 403b.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree in social science preferred.
• Minimum of two years of direct residential experience preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certification is required and must be maintained. VOAOHIN will provide certification if not already obtained
