Job summary

Middlesex Community College in Bedford, MA is seeking a Re-Entry Navigator to support justice-impacted students at MCC and in the Middlesex Jail and House of Correction. You will manage student case notes, connect resources, and help with admissions, financial aid, advising, and tutoring to sustain enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Relevant professional experience in case management, academic advising, student services, reentry services, workforce development, human services, or a related field may be considered in combination with an Associate degree.
• Experience working with student records, databases, or other data-tracking systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance to work inside the Middlesex Jail and House of Correction.

Responsibilities

• Provide student case management and academic support for justice-impacted students.
• Maintain confidential case notes and student records.
• Assist with admissions, registration, financial aid, advising, tutoring, and other college resources.
• Collaborate with MCC staff, correctional partners, and community organizations.
• Monitor student progress and report outcomes to the Director.
