Job summary

Middlesex Community College seeks a Reentry Navigator to support justice-impacted students at the Bedford campus and in jail programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with student records or data-tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain security clearance to work inside the Middlesex Jail and House of Correction.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent point of contact for justice-impacted students.
• Conduct regular check-ins to identify academic, personal, career, and reentry needs.
• Provide individualized case management and connect students with MCC and community resources.
• Assist students with admissions, registration, financial aid, advising, tutoring, career services, and other resources.
• Follow up with students to monitor progress and support continued enrollment.
• Maintain accurate case notes, student records, and referrals.
• Track enrollment, participation, persistence, completion, and outcomes.
• Maintain databases and student tracking systems.
• Collect, enter, and organize student data.
• Monitor progress and identify students needing additional support.
• Provide regular data updates and outcome summaries to the Director.
• Maintain confidentiality per MCC policies.
• Support advising and programming at the jail and MCC campuses.
• Coordinate appointments, follow-up, and referrals.
• Communicate student needs and progress to the Director.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to student support and outcome tracking.
