General Summary:The Re-Entry Navigator supports Middlesex Community College's Justice Impacted Education and Re-Entry Services programming at the Middlesex Jail and House of Correction and on MCC's campuses. Reporting to the Director of Justice Impacted Education & Re-Entry Services, the Navigator serves as a primary point of contact for students and focuses on student case management, academic support, reentry navigation, and tracking student progress and outcomes.
The Navigator works closely with the Director, MCC departments, faculty, correctional staff, and community partners to help students remain engaged in their education, successfully transition between incarceration and the community, and make progress toward their educational and career goals.

Salary Range: Part-Time MCCC Professional Staff earn $36.55 in accordance with the MCCC PT Salary Schedule
Location: Bedford Campus with occasional travel to the Lowell Campus andMiddlesex Jailand House of Correction.This position is an in-person position and requires regular, on-site presence at the College. This position is not eligible for a regular remote or hybrid work arrangement.
Hours: 18.5hours per week, schedule to be determined upon hire
