Job summary

NFI North, Inc. is looking for a Reentry Specialist Supervisor to lead clinical and operational efforts at the Essex County Pre-Release and Re-entry Center in Lawrence, MA, and the Women in Transition Center in Salisbury, MA. This position is essential in providing high-quality, evidence-based services to help justice-involved individuals reintegrate into the community.

The candidate will oversee service delivery, manage a team, and ensure compliance with best practices and policies. Strong qualifications in corrections, leadership skills, and a background in behavioral health are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in corrections, substance use, mental health, or behavioral health settings.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of clinical and case management services.
• Supervise, coach, and support Reentry & Case Management Specialists.
• Deliver direct reentry and case management services as needed.
• Ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices through training.
• Monitor compliance with NFI MA and ECSD policies.
• Conduct regular record reviews for quality assurance.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary case planning meetings.
• Support crisis prevention and intervention planning.
