Qualifications

• Two years of progressive program management experience within a social service agency.
• Experience working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration for program operations and service provision.
• Provide supervision to program staff ensuring quality services.
• Represent Osborne Association as the primary point of contact for DOC.

Skills

Effective oral and written communications skills

Competence in the criminal justice system

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field

High School diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of leadership/supervisory experience
