Qualifications

  • Supervise program staff and provide ongoing training.
  • Collaborate with DOC staff for family visiting options.
  • Manage a small caseload with complicated needs.

Skills

Effective oral and written communications skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Knowledge of group facilitation
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
Competence in the criminal justice system

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
High school diploma with leadership experience
