Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience with offender classification, casework, or correctional records is preferred.
• Ability to interview, counsel, and develop transition plans for re-entry.

Aufgaben

• Use interview techniques and assessment tools to determine risks and needs.
• Review offender records to determine progress and adjust security classifications.
• Advise offenders on employment, education, and personal issues for reintegration.
• Deliver programs to support re-entry into the community after release.
• Prepare reports such as parole summaries or presentence investigations.
• Manage mail for offenders and support transition planning with partners.
• Develop collaborative networks to provide pre and post-release services.
• Coordinate with family and community resources for offender support.
