Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interviewing, counseling, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess offenders' security risks and programmatic needs; prepare case history reports.
• Review offender records to determine progress and appropriate classifications.
• Advise offenders on personal, employment, vocational, educational, family, and institutional adjustment needs.
• Deliver re-entry programs and coordinate support services for offenders.
