Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or Human Services required.
• Minimum of 1 year of counseling, case management, or social services experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for inmates, assessing behavioral health and needs.
• Refer clients to services and develop reentry plans to reduce recidivism.
• Coordinate services among providers per client plan and need.
• Maintain client data and prepare required reports.
• Facilitate group programming and education for clients.
