Job summary

Workforce Connections, Inc. is seeking a Career Planner for the Windows to Work program in New Lisbon, WI. The role provides career coaching, employment services, and case management to justice-involved individuals preparing for reentry.

You will collaborate with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, employers, and community partners to create individualized employment plans and facilitate education and training linkages, with hybrid work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human services or related field; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in case management, workforce development, or reentry services is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide employment-focused case management and career coaching to Windows to Work participants before and after release from incarceration.
• Assess participant strengths, barriers, and career goals; develop individualized plans.
• Connect participants with employment, education, training, and supportive services.
• Build relationships with employers, including second-chance hiring partners; identify opportunities.
