PeopleReady is hiring Nailwood Builders in New Carlisle, IN. The role involves assembling, repairing and refurbishing reels using hand and power tools in a collaborative team environment.

We value candidates 18+, with a High School Diploma or equivalent, and attention to detail. Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and pass a background check and drug test is required. 1st Shift (Day) with competitive pay roughly $17/hour.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting preferred.
• Must be able to stand, bend, twist/squat, push, pull, reach during entire shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Reel Assembly and Repair: Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble, repair, and refurbish reels.
• Work Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to efficiently assemble and recycle reels.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks throughout the recycling and assembly process to ensure standards are met.
• Identify and separate defective parts for proper disposal or further action.
• Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and efficiency.
