Qualifications

• Read and interpret customer spec cards and maintain production flow.
• Display interpersonal and group communications skills in a team setting.
• Follow established methods and procedures to build wooden reels.
• Be familiar with measuring tools and perform simple shop math.
• Build wood reels using hand and pneumatic tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Adhere to safety regulations and report defects promptly.
