Job Details

We are currently recruiting factory‑trained Carrier technicians for high‑paying positions across Florida. Thermo King technicians are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance on reefer units in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
• Identify and obtain necessary replacement parts to execute repairs.
• Conform to all safety and health requirements.

Requirements

• Carrier or Thermo King factory certification
• 2+ years of transport refrigeration technician experience
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Must be able to be “on‑call” for after‑hours service
• Must have own tools
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb, and/or sit frequently throughout the day
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail is key for this position
