Job summary

Telaid in Norcross, GA is seeking an entry-level Redeployment Technician to handle receiving, prepping and redeploying hardware including handheld devices, terminals, scanners, servers, laptops, printers and cash drawers. Attention to detail and professional conduct are essential for success.

Work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This role requires problem-solving abilities, the ability to lift and move equipment, and adherence to customer contracts in a fast-paced depot

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (Preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook (Preferred).
• CompTIA A+ (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive material into stock following company and customer standards.
• Identify the manufacturer model numbers of used equipment.
• Triage customer hardware for redeployment, ensuring condition and functionality meet specified requirements.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with customer hardware.
• Clean and package equipment for redeployment.
• Process RMA, warranty, and disposal orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory and triage records as per company and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess a natural aptitude for problem-solving, a keen interest in technology, and a readiness for hands-on, in-person training and work.
