• Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
• Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as required.

IT equipment may include but not be limited to desktop computers, laptops, panel monitors, servers, printers, cell phones, tablets, point of sale devices, network switches and a variety of other technical devices. This position may also be required to configuring new hardware.**Essential Functions and Responsibilities*** Effectively & efficiently disassemble technical equipment and sort parts to store in designated receptacle.* Identify, troubleshoot and resolve or repair computer hardware and server problems as needed.* Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.* Provide technical assistance and resolution as necessary.* Test repaired hardware or other equipment to confirm repair.* Other duties as assigned.**Work Environment**Position will be performed in a warehouse environment which requires the ability to stand or sit for multiple hours in a day in a facility that is exposed to altering degrees of cold and heat.**Physical Demands*** This position requires extended periods of time working in a warehouse facility.* The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, stoop, kneel, or crouch.* Requires the use of hands to handle objects and equipment.
