Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Red Team Penetration Tester to conduct offensive cybersecurity operations for the U.S. Government and DoD systems. You will work with Blue Team and Cybersecurity professionals to elevate the overall cyber posture.

The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and US citizenship; Top Secret with SCI eligibility is preferred. Five years of relevant experience and hands-on expertise with PENTEST tools and modern security concepts are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in DoD or IT software engineering and modeling/simulation.
• Proficient with Linux and Windows in enterprise networks.
• Strong experience with PENTEST tools: Kali, Metasploit, NMAP, Cobalt Strike.
• Knowledge of Python, C/C++, Go, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Red Team operations in an MDE environment and AWS cloud.

Responsibilities

• Debug and reverse engineer software.
• Analyze Windows events and Linux logs.
• Develop scripts and GUIs for tools and automation.
• Identify security flaws and recommend mitigations.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to improve posture.
