Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Red Team Engineer to act as the adversary to our systems, identifying wrong assumptions and unmodeled failures before field deployment. You will design, build, and analyze real engineering systems and translate insights into rigorous, quantitative adversarial analyses that influence decisions.

This cross-functional role embeds with Systems, GNC, Software, Hardware, Mission Operations, and Test Engineering, requiring breadth across multiple mission domains.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance required or ability to maintain
• Hands-on track record designing, building and analyzing real systems
• Demonstrated ability to find problems others miss (failure analysis, adversarial review)
• Proven ownership of deliverables with minimal management

Responsibilities

• Execute red-team designs, models, and analyses across programs
• Develop analysis tooling and simulations to prove or break claims
• Reconstruct and verify others’ work, identifying hidden errors
• Work with Systems, GNC, Software, Hardware, Mission Ops, and Test teams
• Apply hands-on systems-building experience to catch problems in analysis, not in flight
• Communicate complex results with strong data visuals to engineers and leadership
